Returns are accepted for new, unused product only. Return requests must be received within 3 days of receipt of product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once product is received in undamaged condition, a refund will be issued for the original cost of product only.

Damage Claims
Please make all damage claims within 3 days of receipt of product. Per insurance requirements, in order to file a damage claim with the shipper, please send us a total of 6 pictures of the damaged product and outside box/packaging.

Credit Card Validation
Sometimes, an order is received where we feel we need to verify the buyer and shipping information. This is usually only an issue if we suspect possible credit card fraud. If we are unable to validate the order to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and issue a refund. We work hard to try to protect customers and prevent fraudulent sales.
